Dean Ulich is the Dean of Adam's Collage. He sympathizes with the nerds. He also doesn't like Coach Harris and the jocks, but is unable to stand up for himself until the end of the film. In the third film, he is forced into retirement and replaced by Stan Gable.

- On the DVD commentary, director Jeff Kenew states that he isn't sure if the dean's name is supposed to be "a failed homosexual reference."
